Finsbury Designs obtained planning permission for the extension to the property on Putnoe Lane, While carrying out this extension a full refurbishment of the property was carried out. For this extension and refurbishment Finsbury added an extra bedroom, utility room and cloakroom
The renovations to the existing house included a new kitchen with open plan family room, new bathroom upstairs, garage roof was stripped and replaced, new heating system installed, full electrical replacement, and new patio area.
